Arch Kernel Eee 2.6.31 built

I built and released kernel 2.6.31 tonight for the Eee PC. I've been running it for a few hours locally and run it through a variety of use cases, so it looks to be quite stable. There aren't a whole lot of monumental changes in this release, although it did allow me to drop the three patches we were carrying around to fix up issues with KMS in the Intel driver. The current kernel is completely vanilla and patch-free, although this BFS thing swirling around looks awfully interesting...

As usual, it is available in my [eee] repository located here. The git browser is also available.

Thank you Dan! I'll try out the new kernel as soon as I can.

Also, I hope you had a better luck than me regarding the BFS. I try patching it to my Eee 901's kernel and the thing won't even boot.

You apparently haven't been around here long, have you? As in every release, you can always find the GIT tree with the PKGBUILD and everything else at the same place: http://code.toofishes.net/cgit/dan/ee...

Can we have a chance to have uvcvideo included in the next release of kernel-eee? Or did i miss something ? i did not see CONFIG_VIDEO_USBVIDEO in kernelconfig..

@ben: Whoops- removed that on accident when updating the config for 2.6.31. I'll have it back in the next release, sorry about that.
